Moustache Party Inspiration

Well, we had the big moustache/mustache bash yesterday (pics to come!), but I thought I would post some of my inspiration.


These cupcakes from Coco Cakes in Vancouver started it all. As soon as I saw them, I knew what the theme would be. Ironically, I decided not to go with cupcakes in the end, but these are still so dear to my heart!

Mini milk bottles like these ones on Bubble and Sweet  are a huge trend at the moment. As soon as I saw them I knew how to DIY - they are just Italian Juice bottles (available at an Italian grocer) with the labels soaked off.

 I love the way the veggies are displayed here (my bride story via Amy Atlas), in glasses. They give fabulous height to the table, don't you think?

And finally, don't we all know how popular buntings on cakes (and everywhere) are at the moment (source: twirling betty)? Well, stay tuned for my fresh take on it!
