A tea party fit for a princess

Holly's 2nd birthday is fast approaching and I am feeling the need to plan a party! There is just enough of a hint of spring in the air to be looking forward to flowers, pale pinks and yellows and little girls in light dresses and pretty spring flats. I couldn't think of a more perfect way to celebrate than to host a tea party. This one in particular looks scrumptious, hosted by Jessica at Such Pretty Things:

I am also thinking lanterns, crepe paper flowers, tutus, feather boas...it will be hard to refrain from using every pretty decor idea at once. I will also need to think of cute activities for the girls and a craft appropriate for toddlers. Any ideas? have any of you hosted a tea party for a special little girl (or big girl!) and would like to share?
